I’m a CORU-registered Physiotherapist with three years of experience working in private practice in Ireland and Australia. I’ve worked with a broad range of clients, from the general public to elite-level athletes. I’ve worked with scholarship athletes from the University of Galway, players from the Galway United Academy, the Galway Minor Hurling team, and athletes from a range of Camogie, Hurling, and Football clubs across Galway and Westmeath.

I graduated with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick in 2022. Since then, my clinical work has focused on musculoskeletal injury management, rehabilitation, and performance. I hold additional qualifications in advanced dry needling, APPI Matwork Pilates, and have completed multiple CPD courses in strength and conditioning.

As a former athlete, I have a strong understanding of high-performance sport and the physical demands it places on the body. My areas of clinical interest include sports rehabilitation, female athlete health, and chronic pain management.
